| This machine is adequate
for heat setting finish of circular chemical
fiber fabrics,which are flat with stable dimension
after being treated by this machine.Pre-setting
finish of blended cotton and urethane elastic
fiber fabrics before dying can eliminate winkles
and inner stress occurring on the fabrics
and reduce fine wrinkles generating in the
process of dying,which can save much more
energy resource and investment than that of
open-width setting. |

1.To adopt double-way individual
control for cloth feeding,discharge and folding,and
fan,being easy to operate and saving energy
sources.
2.New width holder and teflon bracing tubes
with small friction force,resistance to high
temperature and no heat conduction,even heating
of gray cloth,good setting effect and no squeezed
printings;
3.Specially designed overfeed wheels and width
holder feeding mechanism to be easy to operate
without squeezed printings;
4.Hot air setting temperature to be set up
as desired and controlled automatically;
5.Bracing plate width to be controlled manually
or automatically;
6.Overfeeding,discharging and spreading motor
to be controlled individually with frequency
conversion speed adjustment and ,being convenient

7.Two discharge modes of rolling and folding
