| This machine is applicable
to pre-shrinking treatment of open-width cotton,blended
cotton and urethane elastic fiber,silk,wool
and blending fabrics,which,after finishing,are
soft in hand feeling,flat in surface,clear
in texture ,lower in residual shrinkage,obvious
in pre-shrinking effect,and fine in dimensional
stability. |

| Feature: |
1.Feeding unit to be equipped
with an advanced automatic and manual photoelectric
weft tentering device;a pre-humidifying advanced
steaming chamber;with photoelectric centering,automatic
trimming,fabric tension to be adjustable automatically
and manually;
2.Tentering unit to be provided with a high
sensitivity frequency conversion tentering
adjusting device;which can be able for independent
overfeeding left and right;and working together
with the overall overfeeding so as to precisely
adjust fabrics laterally or longitudinally;a
high effectiveness steam humidifier to be
friied in the middle of tentering frame,also
an edge gumming vat,an infrared fast drying
and edge cutting device with adjustable percentage
on the frame,a steam humidifier before pre-shrinking
to be equipped on the end of the tentering
frame;
3.Felt pre-shrinking setting machine to be
composed of the upper and lower felt pre-shrinking
units,with 20mm thick high temperature resistant
NOMEX seamless felt;pre-shrinkage of pre-shrinking
damper to be adjusted discretionarily;up to
200 of working temperature of pre-shrinking
setting machine that is equipped with the
air-flow adjustable cooling system;a high
sensitivity tension controlling bar to be
mounted between the upper and lower felt pre-shrinking
units in order to govern synchronous speed
automatically and precisely for guaranteeing
pre-shrinking quality on the basis of various
fabrics.
4.Folding or rolling mode to be selectable
after finishing of fabrics,a length counter,an
electrostatic eliminator to be provided for
lighting and inspecting. |
