| This machine is used
for felt boarding and shrink-proof finishing
of cotton and mixing circular knitted fabrics.The
fabrics treated by machine are flat and full
in surface,clear in texture ,soft in hand
feeling,stable in fabric width and low in
shrinkage.It is the key equipment for after-treatment
of knitting sector. |

of feeding felt with Teflon plate to result
in strong pre-shrinking,low water shrinkages

PID instrument with accurate temperature control;

calibration mechanism;

7.Frequency-conversion adjustment of speed,infinitely
variable speeds,indication of fabric speed;a
following-up tension roller to be provided
between the upper and lower felt pre-shrinking
units,to regulate automatically synchronous
speed in order to guaranter pre-shrinking
effect;
8.A cooling system to be equipped to force
temperature drip of drying cylinder and prolong
