| It is used for blanket
boarding and shrink-proof finish of cotton
and mixing cricular knit.The machine can carry
out the shrink resist finish jointly with
FHT type overfeed spreader.So processed fabric
will be flat and of cloth cover,with clear
texture,soft hand feeling,stable breadth and
low water shrinkage.And it is the key equipment
used fro after-treatment in the knitting industry. |

1.The blanket will adopt imported
product with excellent wear resistance and
heat endurance.
2.Steam tank is made of stainless steel without
drip forever.It is characterized by uniform
steaming,adjustable steamjet amount,and can
start up while automatic running of machine.
3.Heating of drying cylinder is controlled
by PID instrument with accurate temperature
control.
4.When the fabric passes through the blanket
and drying cylinder,the equipment functions
ironing and calendaring of the fabric.It is
equipped with an automatic correction device
for biased blanket.
5.After finishing,the fabric can be dicharged
under the tension-free state and relaxation.It
Is easy to operate.
6.Electric elements will adopt improted ones
with long service life.
7.This machine has two kinds of heating types
available,i.e. steam and electric hating oil.
8.Electric heating tube is used for heating
oil meduum with temperature equalization and
good fabric fininsh result.
